Roxie’s Buys Refund & Exchange Policy

At Roxie’s Buys, we value our customers and want you to love every purchase you make with us! To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our refund and exchange policy below:

General Policy

  • No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash or credit/debit card refunds.

  • Exchanges & Store Credit Only: Eligible returns can be exchanged for another item or issued as store credit.

 

 

In-Store Purchases

  • Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase.

  • Merchandise must be in original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags/packaging.

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges or store credit.

  • Clearance, final sale, and personalized items are non-returnable.

 

 

Online Purchases

  • Online orders may be returned by mail or in-store within 21 days of delivery for exchange or store credit.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition with tags/packaging.

  • Store credit for online purchases will be issued in the form of a digital gift card.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@roxiesbuys.com with your order number and photos of the item.

  • We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue store credit.

 

 

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit:

  • Clearance and discounted items

  • Personalized/custom items

  • Gift cards

 

 

Important Notes

Exchanges are only allowed for items of equal or lesser value. If the new item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.

If your requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer store credit.
